Historic Wilson Theater
  • Originally opened in 1926, the theater was designed by H. Rafael Lake.

  • It operated as a movie house, including a period as the Fox Wilson Theatre, until it closed in 1971.

  • The building was used for rock concerts from 1986 to 1996.

  • Since 1997, it has been owned and utilized by Cornerstone Church, which has preserved many of its original features like the marquee and ticket booth.

Join us on February 4th for a memorable evening celebrating the 100-year legacy of the Historic Wilson Theater. Following dinner, guests will gather outside the Historic Wilson Theater for a special lighting ceremony of the Historic marquee a symbolic moment marking both the theater’s past and its future.

The celebration will conclude inside the Historic Wilson Theater with a special movie screening, allowing guests to experience the venue as it was meant to be enjoyed.
